Your visit will start with on the Egyptian Museum. Here you will find a vast collection of art and relics from ancient Egypt, most of them discovered in its  temples or in the different tombs all over Egypt.

Your tour continues to the Islamic Cairo, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Islamic architecture while by walking on the streets of the Old Cairo Citadel and visiting the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, one of the biggest and most beautiful mosques in Africa. 

Continue to the Coptic Cairo and visit the Abu Serga Church, where the Holy Family is said to be hiding when arriving to Egypt from Israel. Discover the Hanging Church, one of the most important symbols of the Christianity in Egypt, dedicated to the Virgin Mary and dating back to the 3rd century. Finish with a visit to the Ben Ezra Synagogue, where some unique and centenary sacred manuscripts of the Hebrews, Jews, and Aramaic's were found, many of them dating from the pre-Islamic period.

No Trip to Cairo is complete without haggling at the so famous Khan El Kalili Bazaar, while experiencing the atmosphere so characteristic from this metropolis.

In the evening, enjoy a Dinner cruise on the Nile.

Day 1

Hotel pick up.

Your unique tour in Cairo starts with the marvelous Pyramids of Giza, the most popular monument in the world. Constructed around 2500 BC as the necropolis of the kings of the forth dynasty, there is the pyramid of Cheops or the Grand Pyramid, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the smaller pyramid of Menkaure, and the marvelous sphinx that constructed with a body of a lion and the head of a human.
Our next stop will be to Saqqara, the royal burial site of the 3rd dynasty of the Old Kingdom in Egypt and one of the richest archeological places in Egypt with treasures being discovered until today. The highlight and the centerpiece of Saqqara is the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest surviving stone monument in the whole world and the first proper pyramid to ever be constructed in Egypt in the 27th century BC. This would be a marvelous chance to understand the evolution of the pyramids building in ancient Egypt. The step pyramid is considered to be one of the most important landmarks of pyramids construction in Egypt.

Our last stop of the day will be to Memphis, the first capital of unified Egypt. Established in 32nd century BC by King Narmer after he unified Upper and Lower Egypt. The city served as the seat of the government until the 22nd century. After this amazing tour in Cairo, we will have a short break for lunch at a local restaurant.

We will then transfer you back to your hotel for rest and refresh.

Evening time is free at leisure, so you can stay at your hotel or to go for an optional tour in order to enjoy your night.

Day 2

Hotel pick up.

We begin our visits of the day by exploring The Egyptian Museum, the largest museum in the world with a huge collection of displays dating back to various periods of the ancient Egyptian history with the highlights being the golden exhibits of Tutankhamen, the mummies’ hall, large impressive reliefs, statues, and many other fascinating items.
Our next visit will be to the Citadel, constructed in the 10th century by Saladin to protect Egypt and became the residence of the rulers of Egypt for a period that lasted more than seven centuries. The citadel itself is one of the most impressive medieval fortresses and it contains many remarkable monuments like the famous Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Mosque of El Nasser Mohamed, and many interesting museums. This is besides offering the guests amazing panoramic views of the city of Cairo.

Later on, you will enjoy your lunch meal at local restaurant.

After lunch we will proceed to Old Cairo area, a part in the Egyptian capital that hosts some of the most interesting Coptic monuments in the country. We will start our Coptic tour by visiting The Hanging Church, first established in the 5th century and one of the most important historical churches in Egypt. Our next visit in Coptic Cairo will be to the Abu Serga Church, believed to be constructed where the holy family rested at the end of their journey, it was constructed in the 7th century. Our last visit in Coptic Cairo will be to the Church of Saint Mary, an orthodox church, built during the 5th century, restored and rebuilt many times afterwards.

We will then transfer you back to your hotel for rest and refresh. Evening time is yours to relax at the hotel or to go for an optional tour in Cairo to enjoy your night.

Morning time, you will be met with your Egyptologist tour guide, who will accompany you along the way to the coastal city of Alexandria. In this remarkable tour, you’ll see some of the best-preserved remains of Roman architecture in the Middle East. Explore its Roman temples, theaters & arches.

This amazing tour to Alexandria starts with a visit to Pompey’s Pillar which is column raised in 300 A.D. in honor of Emperor Diocletian, who saved the city of Alexandria from a frightful famine. On the western side of the column is engraved, “To the just Emperor, the god of Alexandria, the invincible Diocletian”. Nevertheless it was called Pompey’s Pillar by the French under certain mistaken impression regarding Pompey’s head.

We will then move to visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, this necropolis consists of a series of Alexandrian tombs, statues and archaeological objects of the Pharaonic funeral cult with Hellenistic and early Imperial Roman influences.

It is the break-time, so we will transfer you to one of the best local tourist restaurants in Alexandria to have your lunch meal. You can choose your preferred dish, however, for sure we highly recommend you to eat fish, as the city of Alexandria is very famous with fish restaurants and markets.

After that, we will be moving to visit the Roman Amphitheater, located in the modern area of Kom El-Dikaa, and dating back to the 2nd century A.D. We will also have a visit to the newly-opened Library of Alexandria.

Depends on time, we may include a visit to the most famous Qaitbey Citadel, which were built by Sultan Qaitbay to protect Egypt from the enemies coming from the north or those who use the sea to conquer it thorough the northern borders.

Finally, we will drive back to Cairo, transfer you to your hotel for rest and refresh.

Evening time is free at leisure on your own, so you can relax at hotel or you can go for a walking tour around the hotel.
